Sean Cassidy Lawyer

Why Is Sean Cassidy Being Represented By Two Different Lawyers?
Sean Cassidy has been a criminal defense attorney with the Brady Center to defend the rights of those accused of crimes. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Law. In 2021, Sean was selected as a member of the Ohio Supreme Court. At this time, Sean is being investigated for possibly lying under oath while representing a client in a criminal case.

If this investigation pans out, it will come down to Sean’s word against the statements of the criminal defense attorney of his choice. At the time of this writing, Sean is listed at number twelve on the country list of lawyers. The average lawyer salary in Ohio is around $250K per year. Not too shabby for a man who earned his law degree at the University of Minnesota.
The problem comes down to whether or not Sean Cassidy actually committed the crime that he is being accused of.
This is something that will be up to a grand jury before they decide if they are going to file any charges against him. There is not doubt however that Sean’s personal character has already been put on the line by the way he has represented himself throughout this whole affair. He will definitely be in need of a new lawyer after being found guilty of lying under oath.
In order to find out if he actually committed the crime that has been charged, the state of Ohio is requiring that Sean send his latest court dockets for review.
The problem is that Sean has only been using one lawyer throughout all of this, his own personal friend, Martindale-Hubbell. If you look at Sean’s record, you can see that he has used three different lawyers over the years. That is four different lawyers that Sean is spending money with over the past seven months that his case has been pending.
This isn’t even taking into account the fact that Sean has made it very clear that he doesn’t think his case should go to trial.
He is telling people that he does not intend to negotiate with the prosecution and is hoping that a trial won’t be necessary. This is a man that has a lot to lose, because if his real estate settlement was reduced due to a lack of evidence or because it was proven that someone else committed the same crime, he would be liable for any legal fees and could even be forced to give up his settlement. That is something that is just not worth it. So, if Sean Cassidy does have a case, how is it that he is represented by two different lawyers during this entire ordeal?
The answer lies in the fact that Sean Cassidy is simply too good of a lawyer to represent himself.
There are just too many inconsistencies with how he has represented himself over the past seven months. It is almost as if he is trying to confuse people about whether he actually has a case or whether he is just trying to get more money out of them through the help of a cheap attorney. The answer is simple: he is not being honest, and if he has a case, he needs a verified lawyer.
