Bankruptcy Attorney Mark Goldman

Gavin August 23, 2022July 15, 2022

If you have been wondering about the bankruptcy attorney Mark Goldman, you are in the right place. In addition to his work as a bankruptcy attorney, Goldman also teaches at the Wayne State University Law School. Read on to learn about his qualifications and experience. We will explore some of Goldman’s most notable clients, as well as some of his unique practices. Listed below are some of the reasons why Goldman is an excellent choice for your case.

Mark Goldman is a bankruptcy attorney

Mark Goldman has been practicing law for over 30 years and has extensive experience in the area of bankruptcy. His background includes serving as a partner at an East Orange/Jersey City law firm. He obtained his B.A. from Rutgers College and his J.D. from Rutgers Law School in 1973. Mark is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York. Goldman also represents individuals and small businesses in antitrust litigation.

He also has a large client list and has been quoted in the New Jersey Law Journal and various newspapers. While many bankruptcy attorneys may be able to handle large cases, it’s best to go with a bankruptcy attorney who offers a free initial consultation. This is important because many bankruptcy attorneys have hidden fees and are only interested in making a quick buck. Another important factor in choosing an attorney is reputation. Check the attorney’s record with the Board of Professional Responsibility.

He has represented victims of Ponzi schemes

While most of the victims of a Ponzi scheme will never see their money again, there are ways to recover your investment. Mark Goldman has successfully represented Ponzi scheme victims and held financial institutions accountable for their actions. His experience also includes representing small businesses and individuals in antitrust litigation. This article describes how you can use the services of Mark Goldman to obtain compensation. The following is a sample of the type of cases Goldman has handled.

In one case, David Dadante was charged with orchestrating a $50 million Ponzi scheme. In this scheme, he posed as an oil and gas executive and promised investors high returns. He had over a hundred clients. These investors were tricked into investing money in his company, and his lies and deceit led to his conviction. His conviction was based on a fraud conviction and sentenced him to 13 years in prison.

He teaches at Wayne State University Law School

Judge Mark Goldman has a wide array of legal expertise, and he has served as a trial advocate for over thirty years. Previously, he taught pre-trial practice at the Wayne State University Law School and Chapman University Law School. He is also an active member of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and teaches trial advocacy and alternative dispute resolution at the University of California, Berkeley.

In addition to excelling in the classroom, Goldman had an extensive athletic career. He played football for a high school team and made it to the Empire Challenge Game. As a junior, he was only 15 years old, while most of his classmates were 16 or 17 years old. Unlike most offensive linemen, Goldman’s highlights did not stand out as much as they could have. Still, his dedication and hard work paid off and he was offered a full scholarship to Harvard University.

He is an adjunct professor at Wayne State University Law School

Judge Goldman is a former United States magistrate judge and was an assistant public defender for the Washtenaw County Public Defender Office in Ann Arbor. He taught trial advocacy and pre-trial practice at Wayne State University Law School from 1985 to 2001. In 2012, he became a faculty member with the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. He also teaches trial advocacy at Golden Gate University Law School and alternative dispute resolution.

Before joining the faculty at Wayne State University Law School, Marc Goldman spent nearly ten years as General Counsel for the Michigan Department of Commerce. During that time, he actively participated in regulating the securities industry and argued issues in the Michigan Supreme Court. He has prosecuted numerous high-profile securities and commodities cases and won important trials before judges. Now, Goldman focuses his practice on business litigation and has won favorable results for his clients across a variety of industries.
